چکیده

The study of triglycerides gastrointestinal fate is main importance due to their nutritional and health implications. In this matter, there a need for specific, reliable fast method quantify lipid digestion products. HPLC-CAD developed in work proposes manner simultaneously triolein, sn-1,2/2,3-diolein, sn-1,3-diolein, sn-2-monoolein, sn-1/3-monoolein oleic acid. First, the HPLC separation was optimized by exploiting elution gradient program quantification, optimal CAD detector settings were selected: evaporator temperature 35 °C power function value equal 1.6. Second, chromatographic validated all analytes. Limits detection quantification ranged between 0.8 7.3 ng, 2.7 24.4 respectively. A wide linear range determined six analytes calibration curves presented an excellent fit (R2 = 0.999, y-intercept 0.5–2.6%, RSD ? 8.4 %). Accuracy varied 93 114 %, while precision values 0.4 2.3 %. Finally, successfully applied digestive emulsion during vitro digestion. proposed constitutes interesting analytical platform gain insight into molecular mechanism
